Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original sustainable packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
